Purchases are applied by a staff member once your PayPal payment clears — normally within 24 hours. You don't need to be online. Keep the order reference shown after checkout; if your purchase hasn't arrived in that time, open a ticket in Discord with that reference, your username and the email you paid from.
Because purchases are digital, all sales are final once the items are on your account. The exception is a genuine delivery failure: if you paid and didn't receive what you bought, we'll either deliver it or refund it. Contact us before doing anything else.
Filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute results in an immediate and permanent ban from the server and Discord, and the ban is rarely lifted even if the dispute is later withdrawn. If there's a problem with your order, message us first — tickets get resolved far faster than disputes do.
If you're under 18, you need permission from whoever owns the payment method before buying. Purchases made without that permission may be reversed by the card holder, which usually ends in a ban for the account that received them.
Buying a rank or keys doesn't grant immunity from the rules. If you're banned for cheating or rule-breaking, purchases are not refunded and perks are not transferred to another account.
Perks and crate contents may be adjusted over time as the server is balanced and updated. We'll announce meaningful changes in Discord ahead of time. Ranks themselves remain permanent.
